My favorite parts about being a shopper for Secret Shopper is first the amazing staff, they are wonderful to work with. Secondly, the ability to work as much or as little as I want. And lastly, the user-friendly phone app design. It is very easy to navigate both looking for new shops to request and also filling out reports. For new Shoppers, I suggest they start with just a few shops and work their way up to more. Also, read the instructions and the survey forms at least twice, and use the convenient mobile app.
